To cancel a Full Membership, or Partner Membership on a six or twelve month term please complete the following:

6. Complete Form
7. Click “Confirm” Button
You will be presented a Cancellation Form, you will need to Select/Tick:
- At least One Reason for Leaving
- Select/Tick the “I AGREE” Checkbox
Your account will then revert to a Free Membership profile at the end of your membership term.

If you have been an active subscriber for more than 30 days or have completed a booking, you will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, your account will automatically revert to a Free Membership profile at the end of the membership term.

If you meet the criteria for a refund, you can expect a full refund of your subscription fee. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.

Once the refund is initiated, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
